VIDS4BIZ – Creator Terms of Service (TOS)

Effective Date: 31/12/2025

Welcome to VIDS4BIZ! By creating a creator account and paying the onboarding fee, you agree to these terms.

1. Platform Ownership

• Wolfe Logos owns VIDS4BIZ and the payment infrastructure (NowayNoPay).

• Wolfe Logos manages page creation, visibility, and platform rules.

• Creators do not own the platform; they have access to their own page to sell videos.

2. Subscription & Fees

• Early adopters (first 100 creators) pay £49.99 for 2 years of platform access.

• After 2 years, the subscription reverts to £49.99/year.

• Payment Processing Fees:
  

  • 2% platform fee via NowayNoPay

  • 1% optional instant withdrawal fee

  • Stripe processing fees

3. Onboarding & Page Setup

• After payment, you submit your details via the page form.

• Wolfe Logos uploads and approves your page within 24–48 hours.

• Only after page approval can your Stripe Connect account be linked to receive payments.

4. Content Responsibility

• You own the videos you sell and guarantee that you have rights to sell them.

• Creators are responsible for delivery, content quality, and handling any copyright issues.

5. Payment & Dispute Handling

• Sales are processed via NowayNoPay / Stripe Connect.

• Wolfe Logos does not handle direct payments, but monitors platform compliance.

• Customers may submit disputes using your page URL and transaction info.

• Wolfe Logos will review disputes and assist, but final payment resolution is managed via Stripe.

6. Acceptable Use

• No illegal content or services allowed.

• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your profile updated.

• Failure to comply may result in removal from the platform.
